I am a 60 year old married mom.  I went from drawing on walls, art projects in grade school, to mixed media art in High school.  In 1987 I went back to college enrolling into a Graphic Arts course for a year.  Loved it!

I was able to get quite a few freelance art jobs from local area businesses and work at
a temp agency.  I assembled shower heads
for a company. Then I was asked to do line drawings of products and page assembly of their catalog.

I enjoyed creating the graphics on shirts
for the annual Buddy Holly Tributeheld in Clear Lake, Iowa. I did this for three years,
as well as designed dollar sized flyers for the Hobo Convention held in Britt, IowaI drew one design for Easter Seals and reproduced
a drawing for the State Historical Society in Des Moines, Iowa.
